Daniel Norell is an architect based in Stockholm. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where he studied on a Fulbright scholarship. His work and research from UCLA has been featured in several exhibitions and publications and was a FEIDAD Award Finalist in 2007. He has previously taught studios and technology seminars at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), School of Architecture in Stockholm and has been a guest teacher in several workshops internationally. He has design experience from working in the offices of Zaha Hadid Architects, Greg Lynn FORM, Servo and Kjellander & Sjöberg Architects. Prior to coming to UCLA he studied architecture at the TU Delft and at the KTH, where he received a professional Master of Architecture degree in 2003. |
Daniel is a founding partner of the research collective Krets and is currently Visiting Design Faculty at the KTH School of Architecture in Stockholm, where he is teaching graduate and undergraduate design studios and technology seminars. |
